The Global Fund was started in 2002 to dramatically increase sources to fight three of the world's most devastating diseases. With each garment purchased, The High Society Brand makes a donation to The Global Fund. Since its creation, the Global Fund has become the dominant financer of programs to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, with $10 billion invested in 136 countries.
